21- 三体综合征
我国每年大约有 26, 600 个唐氏综合征患儿出生，
平均每 20 分钟就有 1 例出生，估计我国现有病人 60
万以上 ( 26, 600 t own syndromes occur i n one year , one i s born every 20

发病率约占新生儿的 1/750 ，此征是引起先天智力
障碍最常见的染色体病 ( I nci dence of 1 i n 750 newborns, i t i s

本病与单基因遗传病的一个重要区别就是，它是偶发的，每
个孕妇都有生患儿的可能 ( Di f f er ent wi t h si ngl e gene di sease, i t i s
acci dent al and every pregnant woman has a chance to conceive this fetus.)
我国每出生一例唐氏综合征患儿大约造成 25 万元
